1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These regulations define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, withdrawing from the contract, complaint procedures and personal data protection rules.
2. DEFINITIONS
- Statute – this document.
- Consumer – a natural person making purchases unrelated to business activity.
- Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights – a natural person concluding a contract unrelated to his/her professional activity.
- Client – any person using the Store.
- Store – website available at trylunare.com
- Seller – VELO MART LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
- Commodity – products available in the Store's offer.
- Order form – a form for placing an order.
- Basket – a place where the Customer can manage products before placing an order.
3. ORDERS AND SALES RULES
- Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the Regulations.
- The store operates in a dropshipping model for prepaid orders (warehouse in China, delivery via InPost).
- Cash on delivery orders are shipped from a warehouse in Poland by Poczta Polska.
- All prices listed in the Store are gross prices.
- Orders can be placed via the form on the website or by email to: kontakt@trylunare.com
- A fiscal receipt is issued for each order.
4. DELIVERY
- The average order processing time is 8 business days.
- Deliveries take place on business days only.
- The customer is obliged to check the shipment upon receipt.

5. PAYMENTS
- Payment methods: cash on delivery and traditional transfer.
- In case of bank transfer – the payment deadline is 5 business days.
6. COMPLAINTS
The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery of the product.
- The consumer may request repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
- Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to: kontakt@trylunare.com or by mail to the address of the Seller's registered office.
- The seller covers the costs of the complaint, including delivery and return of the product.
7. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT / RETURNS
The customer has a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The trylunare.com store voluntarily extends this period to 30 days from receipt of the shipment.
To make a return you must:

- Return the product to the address provided after contacting us by email – at your own expense.

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and approved. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
Refunds are not available in the event of:
- personalized products,
- damage caused by the Customer's fault,
- missing order number or contact details.
8. PRODUCT EXCHANGE
To exchange a product, please return it as described above and place a new order.
9. ORDER CANCELLATION
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us by email within 2 hours of placing your order.
- In the case of shipping – you can exercise your right to return within 30 days.
- The refund does not include the cost of additional services (e.g. express shipping).
10. MISSED PARCELS
- Once the return is confirmed by the carrier, the order value is refunded (excluding the cost of additional services).
- The deadline for processing such a return is up to 14 days.
- After 14 days from failure to collect the shipment and lack of contact from the Customer, the order may be considered completed – unless a justified claim is filed.
11. OPINION INFORMATION
Store does not verify the authenticity of the opinion published on the website – they may come from both customers who purchased a given product and other users.
12. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
- The administrator of personal data is the Seller.
- The data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders.
- Every customer has the right to view, correct and delete their data.
- Details can be found in the "Privacy Policy" tab.
13. FINAL PROVISIONS
- The regulations are available at www.trylunare.com
- In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
- In the event of conflict with legal provisions, the provisions applicable to Consumers shall apply.
- The Customer undertakes not to post illegal content in the Store.
